ABOUT
Elyse Goldfinch is an independent curator and writer based in Sydney. She has worked with significant national & international artists such as Richard Bell (Brisbane), Hayden Dunham (Los Angeles/New York), Zoe Kirkwood (Adelaide), Cybele Cox (Sydney), Elina Vainio (Helsinki) Kai Wasikowski (Sydney) & Eugene Choi (Sydney). She has curated extensively and has written for both online and print publications including Art & Australia, Ocula and Angelica Mesiti's first monograph.
Elyse currently works as Assistant Curator at Artspace, Sydney where she co-curated the 52 ARTISTS 52 ACTIONS exhibition and Instagram project. She holds a Bachelor of Art Theory (Hons.) from UNSW Art & Design and is currently completing her Masters of Art Curating at the University of Sydney.
Elyse has been invited to speak at the Art Gallery of South Australia as part of the Art Association of Australia and New Zealand Conference (AAANZ) and at University of New South Wales Art & Design (UNSW&D) on a panel about Contemporary Curating.
